These terms cover your use of CopyAgain, made by Eightinity. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary; please review before you rely on it.

Your license

A CopyAgain purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, as allowed by the App Store and Google Play terms you bought it through. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase that includes future updates.

Your content

Everything you save in CopyAgain is yours. Because your snippets live on your device and your own iCloud, you are responsible for your own backups and for the content you store.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the app, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Warranty and liability

CopyAgain is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Eightinity is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so refunds follow their policies.
